Read the Rules

oh my gosh some of you guys are starting to get on my nerves I keep putting journals on hear that say 'FEATURED FOLDER IS BLOCKED' but no one listens to the journals. So I'm going to make a stamp that says featured folder is blocked. because it seems that no one looks. Sorry if I am making anyone mad if you guys dont like the rules then leave the group.
